At the famed Culinary Institute of America at Copia, Sponsors evening will begin with a reception including custom selected tastings and hors d'oeuvres. Visit with friends; sip; taste and visit our exciting silent auction tables.

Next, you'll enjoy a sumptuous dinner, in Copia's gorgeous Culinary Museum, prepared and served by future master chefs, paired with more delicious wine (or beer if you prefer) followed by mouthwatering dessert.

Finally, enjoy an experience like no other in Copia's beautiful Jackson Family Wines Outdoor Amphitheatre, as you're treated to an acoustic singer songwriter performance by award-winning country music star, Carly Pearce!

Raise the Roof is truly a night to remember and 100% of the proceeds benefit Yellow Roof Foundation and our mission to build affordable, income based, rental housing for families and individuals at risk of homelessness.
